Colección: Scottish Wildcat Collection

The Scottish Wildcat — known as the Cat Fiadhaich in Gaelic, and celebrated in Highland folklore as a creature of untameable spirit — has prowled the forests and moorlands of Scotland for thousands of years. Revered in clan heraldry and woven into the mythology of the Highlands, it is a symbol of fierce independence that no amount of domestication could ever tame. Today, with fewer than 300 pure wildcats believed to remain in the wild, the Highland Tiger is also one of Britain's most critically endangered mammals — a living emblem of what Scotland stands to lose. Our Scottish Wildcat doormats are a small tribute to this extraordinary animal, available in natural coir and all-weather versions to suit any entryway.
