Podenco Collection

The Podenco is one of the oldest and most captivating sighthound breeds in the world — swift, alert, and deeply devoted, with a lineage so ancient that dogs resembling the breed appear in Egyptian tomb paintings dating back over 5,000 years. Known by many names — Bat Dog, Kangaroo Dog, Spanish Hound, Warren Hound, Ibizan Hound — the Podenco has been hunting alongside humans across Spain, the Canary Islands, and the Balearics for millennia. With their large upright ears, lean athletic build, and amber eyes, they are a breed that turns heads wherever they go — and wins hearts just as quickly.

Our Podenco doormat collection celebrates this extraordinary ancient sighthound with designs available in natural coir and all-weather woven polyester, in multiple sizes to suit any entryway.
