Bobcat Peeking Doormat #1 | Lynx Rufus Welcome Mat

The Bobcat — also known as the Bay Lynx or Red Lynx, and scientifically as Lynx rufus — is a North American wildcat named for its short, bobbed tail. A member of the lynx family, this adaptable cat makes its home in habitats ranging from forests and swamps to rocky scrubland. Its spotted coat helps it blend into the surroundings while it stalks rabbits and other small prey. Usually solitary and often active around dawn and dusk, the Bobcat is a quiet neighbour that many people never catch a glimpse of.

Our Bobcat Peeking Doormat #1 | Lynx Rufus Welcome Mat features a watchful Bobcat peeking from the left edge, with tufted ears, a fluffy cheek ruff, detailed facial markings and long whiskers. A black rectangular border frames the illustration against textured natural coir, bringing a little woodland character to your doorway; discover more feline designs in our Cats Collection.

Crafted from natural coir fibre (coconut husk), this mat effectively traps dirt and debris at the door. The sturdy non-slip rubber backing keeps it securely in place. Natural coir is best suited for covered or sheltered entryways — not recommended for fully exposed outdoor use.

A thoughtful housewarming, birthday or holiday gift for a Bobcat lover, wildlife watcher or wildcat enthusiast, this watchful face adds a touch of the outdoors to a home or cabin entrance.
