Boston Terrier Doormat #3 | Bean Welcome Mat

Boston Terrier — also known as the Boston Bull, American Gentleman, Boston Bull Terrier, Bossie, Boston Dog, Boston Bull Dog, Tuxedo Dog, BT, Tuxie, Bugsy, and Bean — is one of the first dog breeds developed in the United States, originating in Boston, Massachusetts in the 1870s. Bred from a cross between an English Bulldog and a White English Terrier, the Boston Terrier was recognised by the American Kennel Club in 1893, making it one of the oldest AKC-recognised breeds. Their signature tuxedo-like black-and-white markings earned them the nickname “American Gentleman” — a title that perfectly captures their dapper appearance and refined yet spirited personality. Compact, intelligent, and endlessly affectionate, Bostons are equally at home in city apartments and family houses.

This Boston Terrier coir doormat features a Boston Terrier illustration replacing the letter O in HOME, printed on a natural coir mat in three sizes. Looking for Boston Terrier doormats? What makes this doormat unique?

What sizes are available?
This doormat comes in three sizes: 16x24" / 41x61cm (ideal for apartment doors and side entries), 18x30" / 46x76cm (the most popular size, fits most standard front doors), and 24x36" / 61x91cm (great for wider entryways and double doors).

Can this mat be used outdoors?
Natural coir performs best in covered or sheltered entryways — a covered porch, a recessed doorway, or an indoor hall. It is not recommended for fully exposed outdoor use where it would be subject to direct rain or standing water. If you need a fully weatherproof option, please contact us.

Is this a good gift for a Boston Terrier lover?
