Cane Corso Peeking Doormat #1 | Italian Mastiff Welcome Mat

The Cane Corso, also known as the Cane Corso Italiano, Italian Mastiff or Italian Corso Dog, has a long history as a versatile working dog in Italy. On rural farms, the Corso helped guard property, manage livestock and accompany hunters. The breed became scarce during the 20th century, but dedicated Italian enthusiasts helped bring it back in the 1970s and 1980s. Today, its powerful build and watchful expression are paired with a close bond to its family.

Our Cane Corso Peeking Doormat #1 | Italian Mastiff Welcome Mat features a Cane Corso peeking from the left edge with upright, pointed ears, watchful eyes, a broad forehead and a strong, square muzzle. A black rectangular border frames the detailed portrait against textured natural coir, leaving open space to the right for a bold, uncluttered welcome; discover more canine designs in our Working Dogs Collection and Dogs Collection.

Crafted from natural coir fibre (coconut husk), this mat effectively traps dirt and debris at the door. The sturdy non-slip rubber backing keeps it securely in place. Natural coir is best suited for covered or sheltered entryways, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor use.

A thoughtful housewarming, birthday or holiday gift for a Cane Corso lover, this watchful portrait brings a little Italian Mastiff character to an indoor entrance or sheltered porch.
