Crocodile Peeking Doormat #1 – Peeking Croc Welcome Mat

The Crocodile, also known as the Croc, belongs to the family Crocodylidae, whose living relatives trace their ancestry to ancient crocodilian lineages. Distinct species include the American Crocodile (Crocodylus acutus), Nile Crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus) and Saltwater Crocodile (Crocodylus porosus).  Crocodiles were revered in ancient Egypt, where the crocodile-headed god Sobek was associated with the Nile and fertility. Their eyes and nostrils sit high on the head, allowing them to watch and breathe while much of the body remains submerged.

This coir doormat features a Crocodile peeking from the left edge, with a textured, scaly head and open jaws inside a black rectangular border. Looking for Crocodile doormats?
