Iguana Peeking Doormat #2 | Peeking Guana Welcome Mat

The Green Iguana, also known as the Common Iguana or American Iguana and scientifically named Iguana iguana, is a large tree-dwelling lizard native to tropical parts of the Americas. The name Iguana traces back to the Taíno word iwana, while Guana is an informal shortened name. Despite their formidable spines and prehistoric appearance, adult Green Iguanas feed mainly on leaves, flowers and fruit. Strong swimmers as well as agile climbers, they use their long tails to propel themselves through water and often shelter in trees near rivers.

This Iguana coir doormat features an Iguana peeking through foliage on the left, with detailed scales, a prominent cheek scale and a crest of spines inside a black rectangular border. Crafted from natural coir fibre (coconut husk), this mat effectively traps dirt and debris at the door. The sturdy non-slip rubber backing keeps it securely in place. Natural coir is best suited for covered or sheltered entryways, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor use.
