Irish Cob Horse Peeking Doormat #1 | Peeking Irish Cob Welcome Mat

The Irish Cob, also known as the Gypsy Cob, Gypsy Horse or Gypsy Vanner, is a sturdy horse with a generous mane and plenty of presence. Developed by Traveller and Romani communities in Britain and Ireland, these versatile horses were bred for the strength to pull family wagons and a steady temperament for everyday life. Their flowing manes, thick tails and feathered lower legs give them a wonderfully recognisable look.

This coir doormat features an Irish Cob Horse peeking from the left edge beside a wooden stable door and hinge, with upright ears, a tousled mane and a broad facial blaze inside a black rectangular border. Crafted from natural coir fibre (coconut husk), this mat effectively traps dirt and debris at the door. The sturdy non-slip rubber backing keeps it securely in place. Natural coir is best suited for covered or sheltered entryways, not recommended for fully exposed outdoor use.

A distinctive gift for Irish Cob lovers and equestrian enthusiasts, bringing the charm of a familiar face at the stable door to every homecoming.
